This week marks the last of Parliament’s summer recess and it has been full of activity across Gedling, including:
Hosting a high street surgery in Carlton and chatting to residents
Chatting to constituents and assisting them over a pint in the Gedling Inn
Visiting Arnold based charity Home-Start and hearing about the work they do to support families across Gedling and Nottinghamshire.
Knocking on the doors of Colwick residents and listening to their priorities.
Sharing a cuppa with residents of Carnarvon House in Burton Joyce, which is a wonderful assisted living complex, and assisting them with queries.
Popping into the 38th anniversary celebrations at the Marion Murdoch assisted living complex and chatting to the residents.
Assisting residents during my regular help and advice surgery session.
Over the weekend, I am looking forward to reporting back to Netherfield residents about my work in Parliament and across Gedling to deliver on their priorities.
Enjoy your weekend.
