RANDALL’S ROUND-UP
Last week, my work in Parliament and across Gedling included:
Discussing job creation and investment into Gedling during a meeting with Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities Ministers, while speaking about the proposed county deal for Derbyshire, Derby, Nottinghamshire, and Nottingham and its impact on Gedling.
Welcoming the staff, customers and owners of Arnold new beauty salon, Zen, to Front Street (pictured). It is so pleasing to see new shops opening on the high street of my home town!
Taking part in the 5k 'Run with Rich' The Richard Whitehead Foundation event to raise money towards disabled people accessing sports.
Writing in the Nottingham Post about rail strikes and the impact they were having on Gedling’s commuters.
Supporting residents from across Gedling during my regular help and advice surgery. To make an appointment at my next surgery, please email me the topic you’d like to discuss with your name and address.
Questioning the Scrutiny of International Treaties during a meeting of the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee
Speaking with the Antisemitism Policy Trust about its work
Asking the Environment Minister for an update on the lifting of bird flu restrictions across Gedling
Checking out the funky foot spa at Zen!
