Another busy week in Westminster and Gedling, where my work has included:
Answering questions from members of Redhill Academy's Politics Club
Discussing issues facing the NHS generally and pathology specifically with the President of the Royal College of Pathologists
Listening to a briefing from an Environment Minister on the Government's plans to improve air quality
Asking the Home Secretary for an update on the UK processing visas for Ukrainian refugees who have travelled to northern France
Meeting with Directors of Nottingham University Hospitals to discuss local NHS matters.
Chatting to Gedling residents on Mapperley Top and listening to their thoughts. Thankfully managed to avoid the rain!
Supporting residents of Spring Park, off Spring Lane, with their concerns about maintenance fees
Arranging a meeting with East Midlands Railway and local residents to discuss how to improve train services across Gedling. I'll report back on what's discussed.
Over the weekend, I look forward to reporting back to Arnold residents on the work I am doing in Parliament and across Gedling on delivering on their priorities.
Enjoy your weekend.
